There are a few forms on staff-india.com and mvp.com that take customer enquiry details like email,address,phone number etc.
We are using a tool called "Mailerlite" to send promotinal emails to our subscribers. We have several Subscriber Groups created in Mailerlite.
Mailerlite have API that can be integrated with our Websites. I want you to use Mailerlite API in our website forms so when any new customer enquiry that is coming thorugh our websites is stored in Mailerlite Subscriber group.
