theyve got some good features that could be added to our BO.

to remind you the objective of BO is to bring virtual staff vs client vs internal ALL collaboration into this tool. so for example eventually staff dont ahve to chat on skype, tehy chat thorugh BO.

a client can easily reach out to a manager if they have an issue (like a chat or a ticket)... basically our OPERATIONS part of the business to possibly be mostly run off BO.

yes we can achieve similar by using multiple paid tools - BUT the advantage of having our own tool called BO will be a FEATURE to impress clients with and make it EVEN EASIER for clients to collaborate with virutal staff in our office. nobody liks to use lots of different software.

so explore, and discuss features with me that you feel would be worht adding ot BO - hte idea is to think about our workflow and what woudl help our workflow clients vs staff vs management oversight
