explore this trial software, you might remember i tested this wiht you managers few years back.

theyve got some good features that could be added to our BO.
to remind you the objective of BO is to bring virtual staff vs client vs internal ALL collaboration into this tool. so for example eventually staff dont ahve to chat on skype, tehy chat thorugh BO.
a client can easily reach out to a manager if they have an issue (like a chat or a ticket)... basically our OPERATIONS part of the business to possibly be mostly run off BO.
yes we can achieve similar by using multiple paid tools - BUT the advantage of having our own tool called BO will be a FEATURE to impress clients with and make it EVEN EASIER for clients to collaborate with virutal staff in our office. nobody liks to use lots of different software.
so explore, and discuss features with me that you feel would be worht adding ot BO - hte idea is to think about our workflow and what woudl help our workflow clients vs staff vs management oversight

I have explored Basecamp fully. I have created a free account and explored all the features.
Our WM has almost all the features of Basecamp. We can add 2 features in WM from Basecamp.

To-Dos list.

Another Feature of Basecamp we can add is a to-do list. Each employee will have a to-do list in their WM dashboard. To-dos can be created by employees or managers, who can also create and assign to their team members.

I am going through Basecamp. I have created an account and am exploring features.
One of the core features of Basecamp is Project management, which we can include in BO.
1. There will be a menu called "Projects" in BO.
2. We can add the client and our employees there.
3. There will be a Message board inside the project. It's like a group chat. Where the client or managers can send instructions
4. There will be an individual chat option, which we can use to chat with individual employees
5. There will be a resource library where all files related to the project will be uploaded.
6. There will be a to-do list. We will break down any task into points and add as to-do. When someone completes 1 point he will mark the point as done.

anotehr neglected important thing. even though you didnt do this for me, i still did it myself.
but there is more mate... basecamp has tonnes of features that could be useful for BO.
the easiest way is to look at tutorials and when you see a function that is great - make a step by step buide using screenshots.
spend 1 hour per day on this until this is completed please.
