HI Scott,

where user click MAKE IT COMPLETE btton on customer details page we need a modal window to appear.

Title: Please Complete this Checklist:

this modal window will show some items for reminder with a tick symbol for each item

e.g

send intro email

set start date

Now these text items that will be showing need to be dynamic. so you can do this:

1. new menu item called CHECK LIST

2. in this page admin will just add /delete items (text)

3. modal window will take these items from table and display.

thats it very simple.
