HI,
WHen a customer is contacting us they fill in teh contact form or the call back form. next they see the succes page.
now we want to add a page BEFORE the success page. in this page teh user will be asked some questions one by one. like a slider for each question.
after answerin teh questions teh user will click submit button and this infrmation will be saved to teh SAME TABLE as teh customer enquiry - FOR THIS customer. this means when they fill in teh form you need to get the customer primary key ID from teh table.
The MVP admin panel should also be showing this new data that is being added to teh table in teh customer details page.
