Hi Steve,

 

I want to try call forwarding to my mobile to see how that works out for us.

 

So when a customer calls our numbers from the website the call will get forwarded to my mobile.

It should try my UK number first, and then my Dubai number.

 

Let me know what the forwarding costs are per minute for each mobile number as they are both different countries. And of course you need to look into how to implement this feature which im guessing is quite simple.

    Hi Steve,

     

    it sounds like having zoiper on my phone makes no sense mate. i touught ill have a continuous live connect to receive calls anytime (whilst i am in uk).

     

    in that case teh best option to forward the calls to my uk mobile? please go ahead if its the best option: +447543944236

    hi steve,

     

    this means wkhen i am travelling i need to let you know about my mobile number, since i cant use my uk number in dubai and vice versa.

     

    so you can implement any method you prefer simplest/easiest for you, either on pbx or at multitel.

    BUT there is another condition. whilst i am in uk i want to have the calls come directly to me so i will zoiper configured on my phones. sadly this feature doesnt work when i am in dubai so thats when calls will need to be forwaded to my dubai number.

    so please give me instructions on setting up zoiper on my phone to receive calls coming from our numbers
