Hi Scott,
a small fix needed.
Need a new column for signals table called PUBLIC.
by default all new signals added is NOT PUBLIC.
user must choose to make it publlic. this can be radio button, drop down or whatever you think is simple way.
This also means on the signals page, ONLY public item should be visible.

yes you are correct. you understood this correct.
basicaly admin need option to decide if the item is public or not.
and the public item will onyl be visible in signals page. so its just adding 1 extra column in the table, thats all.

I am not clear about the task. should I add on option for selecting whether the signal is public or not from admin panel, and in the admin list it should display all the signals. but in the user view only the public signals should be visible. also should I add "public " in the user section at the position pointed in the attached picture.
