I need you to add a new page to FM club site. Follow these steps:

 

1. add new menu item called Affiliates next to Login.
move login menu item to right side of the menu bar

 

2. when user click this affiliates link they will go to /affiliates page.

 

3.This affiliate page you will make according to the attached document. It will use home page same template.
