HI Daniel,

I want to start doing small tasks for potential clients for free using bench people.

really small stuff to gain trust from clients.

to start with i want to see how you can manage bench people to do small tasks CORRECTLY, and CONSISTENTLY - because bench people is always changing. to do this intial phase i will give some of my own personal stuff that the bench people can do.

so here is the first small task.

2. make a google sheet for keeping teh data. share the link to me so i can access.

3. the twitter account will be logged into a NC server accoutn - get steve to give an account for this.

4. ensure ONE bench person is updating this DAILY.

5. this should be done daily to ensure teh spreadsheet is UPTO date with the twitter account.

6. this is ONGOING tasks. so you need to think about "how will you remember to ensure there is always 1 bench person doing this? you need to keep track of these bench tasks.

to help you idenntify these bench tasks, i have made teh subject of this tasks "BENCH TASK:" - so it will be easy for you to identify

potential problem to avoid:

you need some filter on teh googlesheet to detect duplicate - because i know stupid bench people will be careless and put duplicate item on teh spreadsheet. so using conditional formatting that will show if an item is already exisitng in teh sheet.

Please get this started asap and let me know when its up and running by giving me the googlesheet link.
