Task Details :-

Hi Krish,

 

I would like You and Me to dedicated couple of hours each day on FORUM CHATTING. as knowledgable people in outsourcing we can offer guidance to people looking for help on small business running and guide them TOWARDS OUTSOURCING.

 

This is what you will do:

 

1. find forums where small businesses are chatting / discussion about different topics

2. you will check each conversation to see if there is anything that OUTSORUCING CAN HELP. for example, if there is discussion about "how to reduce business cost". or there is a disucssion about "how to hire staff"

3. in these conversations you will offer some advice about outsourcing by suggesting the readers that they can do outsourcing.

for example if the topic is "how to reduce business cost" and people are discussing different ways, you can write something like:

"Hi everyone, did you think about outsourcing some of your work? instead of hiring all your staff in UK, there are some good companies that let oyu hire staff abroad that are dedicated to you. i've used a company before call My Virtual People, you can check www.myvirtualpeople.com. I hope this helps you."

id like you to think of a way where we can keep each other updated easily on your forum work each day, i can easily see what discussion you are participating and what you are writing on teh discussion- AND VICE VERSA - this way i can guide you if you are doing something wrong, but also we can cross participate, we can use each others messages as and when required.

 

lets team work this, setup the reporting tool for both of us to stay on teh same page (whatever you feel is suitable and clear and easy to follow), once you done that lets get started daily.

    I have designed the report sheet, given access to rob as well. 

    marking this as complete. because the real task will be tracked by the google sheet we have. and its an on going job with no deadline.

    Hi Rob, 

    I have understood the task without any doubt. 

    i have seen this kind of marketing on different different forums done by others. 

    for our industry I found quora.com (Q&A style) and medium.com (Blog style) both these websites are very useful. I mean they are the go-to place when our target group has any question to solve their problem, be it marketing, staffing, management etc. 

    Since our task is purely engagement based, I think Qoura would be a place to get started on. 

    We will be adding more and more platforms like it soon as we spot something worth trying. 

     

    REPORT/UPDATE: I think a google sheet can do the job, we can create a sheet with necessary fields. most importantly

     - we can keep our platform list organised. 

    - we can keep our keywords there

    - log in details

    - our remarks

     

    its just like our internals keep track of our fill in jobs. i.e classified posting etc.
