Hi,

When task is Mark as completed, need to keep a record of date the task was completed.

ALSO, need to keep another record of how many days the task is overdue or early.

if task is completed early, the days will be NEGATIVE number.

if the task is completed late, the days will eb POSITIVE number.

we will show the AVERAGE value of all these days in the employee TASK DASHBOARD.

like this: "On Average you are Completing your Tasks X Days (late or early)"

if negative number then "Early"

if positive number then "Late"
