HI Alex,

new function called CHAT is required on BO.

any user can do CHATTING wiht any employee of the same company. including the admin of the company.

you have chat UI on your template already.

you know how chatting apps are working, like watsapp, skype etc.  the chat function should work in similar way.

chatting must be possible in GROUP. any user can create any group of chat.

and chatting must be possible privately with 1 other person.

you need to learn teh best way to do chat function mate. you cannot query the databse everytime a user is subimtting new message. this will increase server load too much. you need to learn smarter solution fo building chat function.
