Task: Make a Blog for Staff India following this rules:

1. There are two types user:

• Admin
• Employee

1. Admin can control every thing
2. Admin can deactivate any user
3. Deactivate user cannot login
4. Admin cannot be delete and deactivate his own account.
5. Admin can be creating any user (Admin / Employee)
6. Employer cannot be access user section
7. Employer can create / update / delete own category. Category must be unique.
8. Employer cannot delete other’s employer category and his / her own category that used by other’s employer post
9. Employer can create a post in a specific category and can be upload a file if want.
10. Admin can delete any post, any users & and any category any time
11. If admin delete any category, must be delete all the post in this category automatically.
