Tina,

as we discussed in a meeting whilst i was in bd. we need to put bench people on more productive work that is getting direct result for the company.

one of them is posting advert about our service on Free Classified websites

this is what you need to do:

1. you already have teh spreadsheet with list of many many classified websites

2. make a video tutorial on how to do this task. register, find correct section, post the ad using ad template given, check up 2-3 days later, repost etc.

3. the critical thing for this task is:

a. creating new ads by the employee to see which advert is getting better response

b. trying different advert title to see which one get better response

c. finding MORE free classified website to add to teh spreadsheet

d. keeping track of indivudal login details for each website (staff can jusst add new columns on their spreadsheet for hteir login details -always use company email address or company gmail address).

4. delegate the work to bench people WITHIN this week (after showing me for my approval). and get people workign on this

5. monitor their work and provide feedback.
