Hi Max,

The leave system in WM has a lot of issues and this is just increasing my work more rather than organizing things. 

I have pointed a few issues as below:

1. The leave system doesn't work for EST hours. it fails to calculate the duration of 11pm-7am shift. Currently, we have to select hours between the same day to enter leaves for EST people.

2. I need to be able the download all leaves taken by all employees in a month or year or custom date range in excel or CSV format. This is similar to what we have on the attendance download option. Or you can combine this with the attendance sheet and be able to download it together. Whatever works best for you. The format needs to be like the attached screenshot. 

3. The email notifications need to be more accurate, it should show whether the leave was approved as paid or unpaid and also the correct balance of allowance left. Also sometimes it is keeping random people in cc who are not supervisors or managers.

4. Rather than having buttons on the All leave on the list, I would prefer to have texts showing whether it was approved as paid/unpaid or denied. and the edit option should be there to make adjustments. 

5. As per point 4 above, we need to have an edit/delete option on the leave that has been recorded and shown on the All Leave section. So I can either edit leaves that were entered wrongly or delete a canceled/rejected leave.
