i am sure you are finding some common problems wiht freelancers.
please add a related short email in teh mailchimp series to discuss the issues. the aim is to teach people to behave properly and be professional and stop hassling teh OMj authorities. if tehy continue this kind of stupid and crazy behaviour the authoritieis will close teh website.
so you decide what emails you need to write, and add them and let me know.
ill give you a 1 month deasdline for this so that you can think of what emails you need to write, and just add them each week.

Have added email on OMJ scores and have written the subject in English and will mix them up from now.
ok cool. but also dont use bengali subject all teh teim, use english subject line as well. mix from time to time.
Have added on MailChimp automation about getting bids approved doesn't mean you will get the project. People have a misconception that their bid was approved but did get the work. So just to clear that though with email.

although the email is SET for sneding 1 per week, you need to write 2 per week, so that your writing is always ahead of Schedule.
