Steve couldn't manage time to create the HR calendar yet because of his extreme workload, but he ensured us that he will make it within this Monday.

Once the HR calendar creates, I will add the cost-saving task as a reminder.  

add the recurring reminder to HR calendar please. so that it appears in all our outlooks as we all ahve the HR calendar in our outlook.

Ok. I will update the sheet at the end of every month. 

Adrian and Aiden hired in April. that's why I didn't put their name in the sheet. 

But I've included Ben in the sheet who has hired last week.

so please add this to teh Tc calendar to do at the end of each month. so that we can see if our following month cost is going down or up.

This means for next months salaries our cost will go down by 1,14,200.

BUT.. you forgot to include the other people we hired this month. - adrian and aiden

you only included the people we got back from unpaid leave.

this is unnecessarily complicated mate.

you didnt include the people who resigned - thats a cost saving isnt it?

you should really just have one table that includes:

people on unapid leave

people who resigned / dismissed

people who were hired

this will give you a net amount - that is the saving compared to last month.

please redo accordingly.
