but you didnt explain what this software is. im not even sure myself.

does it bring all your chatting software into one sfotware?

i.e. fb messanger, watsapp, skyep etc all chatting into ONE chat software so that you dont ahve oy use multiple software?

Rob,

I have explored the feature this application has to offer.
It has all the popular feature of its kind.
But what I liked most about it is, It claims it can recognize returning visitors and able to reconnect them with the same operator last time they chat with!
*Same operator should be at work at the time of re-visit? Obviously.

However, I couldnt test the app fully because it requires integration on our website.

if you want me to check fully, then this code needs to be integrated on our website.
