    sorry this is rubbish and looks very unprofessional.

     

    and main problem is you are damaging every PERSON PICTURE by distorting it. you should maintain the aspect ratio so that everyone face looks normal.

     

    please edit this design and make it similar to the sample i gave you - same colour scheme etc.

    I hope getting my mail makes you happy. Here I have completed banner design. During the work, I have faced problems with images that were not good qualities and I was following your sample. I have a confidant that I would make a better, creative and modern designs.
