we need a rating feature on wm for employees. 

Idea is to have a numeric rating system like UpWork has “JSS”,  Through which we can see how an employee is doing at any given point of time. i.e Tina (Score: 97/100%)

• Only managers should be able to rate an employee
• Rating can be given following a preset category/tag. i.e. behavior, task handling, communication, client satisfaction etc or could be dynamic.
• To rate an employee, Managers should select the category or create [dynamic] it, leave a small comment about it, and rate it from -5 to +5. //YES, negative points, will be deducted from total
• System should allow managers to rate the same employee multiple times unlike traditional rating system where you can’t rate again something you rated already.
• No one should be able to see the score except the profile owner and managers.

This is the basic idea I had in my mind. Now over to you, please modify it as required BUT it should be numeric rating system, not alpha or star.
