this page ahs a form: https://www.myvirtualpeople.com/contact-my-virtual-people-successful.html

when user submit the form, n eed to save the data to a new table called REFERRALS.

i also need a new page on MVP admin panel to see the referrals, and who gave the referrral.

let me know if you ahver any confusion

you can just pass teh name from contact form in query string to teh succes page?

What I have to do is, modify all contact form and pass the information to this page (But as I know all contact form submiting using Ajax it will be little complex)

Yes I understood it.
But in this page don't have the name of person. It is not passing to this page from the contact form .

i think you didnt understand mate. you need to add the name of the REFERRER person. this is hte person who fill in the contact form.
