Hi Tina,

Hope you are doing well.

As per your instruction I’ve seated a meeting with TC guys and discuss with the following topics:

Targeted people, for now, EEE/Civil Engineers and developers’ role.
General adverts for VA role, experienced guy, preferring 30+ aged people
Give less priority to the candidates from Leading University for SI recruitment demand

Action Point:

For targeting 30+ candidates job advert in the local newspaper will be a good solution and for targeting the MPO segment the TC persons also can posturing job advert to those places where the MPOs from different industries meet together (e.g. doctor’s point, medical colleges, clinic, etc)
They will give less priority to the candidates form Leading university and keep the information confidential to everyone ( inside or outside the office).
