Same like how you setup TC group calendar. i need calendars for:

Marketing Team - install for Shawn

HR Team - install for Tian, Daniel

Management Team - install for Ross, Alan, Krish, Sam, Tina, Steve

Charity Team - install for Alan

IT Team - install for Steve, Shane, David, Sherwin

As standard advise each group of people how to use this. make one person teh main HANDLER of the calendar.

Let me know when it sdone, and send me the calendar links for all these calendars so that i can add them to my outlook. i will of course be checking all calendars.

PLEASE DO THIS WITHIN TEH DEADLINE. you need to be serious about deadlines now.
