Hi Steve,

 

this is something from long ago, but still not maintained properly.

 

on each shift tehre needs to be one person with good english that will answer SI phones calls. when a user calls our UK or USa number.

 

BDT - Sam

GMT - Shawn

EST - Shannon

 

Let me know when its done so that i can train these people what to say on teh phone.

 

ALSO... ensure our numbers are workign all the time.

 

i got 2 client today saying tehy can call me the number doesnt work. they both called from UK.
