i need you to focus on NHS C level people for a while to see what sort of response we get.

The NHS's backlog seems to never end, with huge waiting lists, and unprocessed paperwork which has been going on for years. Don't get me wrong, I am not messaging you to discredit the NHS, but a great system like the NHS certainly could do with some support. But funding is also a big issue with budget cuts ever since 2010.

I can imagine many departments of the NHS have a lot of routine, structured back office Admin and IT Processes that can be outsourced and help the NHS catch up on the back log.

ok in tat case be more seletive by checking their profile properly and dont choose people who dont seem to eb in a decision making position.

there are many directors in the NHS, uncountable. unfortunately most of them carry the position 'Non-Executive Director'. some of them replied that they dont have the authority to make such decisions.

i've messaged some of the senior guys in NHS. couldnt get hold of any interested party yet. i'll let you know when i find one.
