i want you to think over this idea, resaerch, and validate whether this could work or not. justifying your reasons.
this is what i thought of back in 2017 and its been sitting on my to do list ever since:
1. more and more is bd are looking for freelancing and outsourcing opportunities
2. there are institutions who are providing outsourcing training - but most tend to be flawed as i heard from several job seekers about the poor content of the courses
3. if people want to learn, but nobody is teaching properly... there is a opportunity
4. we launch a training cou rse on outsurcing, as a reputed outsourcing company our selves we are in a good position to earn the confidence of people
5. this training course owuld need to eb paid. becasue if its free, all the tiem wasters will register. the non serious people. we want serious people who really want to do something for themsleves.
6. a large chunk of the training focus will be "getting leads". i.e. potentially interested foreign customers. this is something i doubt any insitution is showing properly. the fact is, without leads, it doesnt matter how much you know aobut outsourcing and teh what skills you ahve, you will not get any project.
7. as a key selling point for the course, we will have an earning opportunity for all candidates. work as a freelancer for SI on lead generation. every converting lead that candidate gets for SI we will pay 1500 - 2600 /= depending on teh nature of the lead.
8. its a win win for everyeone.
candidate learns a business skill they can use for their life.
they get an opportunity to earn by using that skill
SI get freelancers bringing in leads. - imagine 10, 20, 50, 100 people freelancing directly for SI. this could be huge!
I'm excited about teh idea as i write this, but excitement is not enough. i need validity that this could work. do some thorough resaerch on all related topics to this concept, and send me a short report to justify this and clsoe the report wiht a conclusion.

i think its somethign worth developing. now is not the right time as we are going throgh some radical adjustments and everryone has a lot on their plate.but will definitely revisit this.

Just one things missing that would have helped - cost of training from current provide and what type of outsourcing course it is. a short table with few courses and institutions will be helpful.
feeel free to delegate that research onto someone else so that you can focus on teh core tasks for me.

DownloadUnderstood. This idea is better than what I previously suggested - train bench people on getting leads and deploy them onto the mission. We'll have nothning to lose in case if they fail. I'll get into this once I'm free of the current load.
