Hi Derek

please change the Thank you page on MVP and SI according to teh design below.

please ensure this new form you are making is working perfectly.

it should sent auto email of the details for each textfield to admin@staff-india.com when the user click submit.

when use click teh submit button show a thank you message which will be:

"That's Awesome! Thank you very much, we will also contact these guys, and as soon as someone goes ahead, we will give you a Call to let you know that your iPad Pro is on its way to you!"

here is updated file of THANK YOU page. after showing thank you page it has 3 names and 3 email fields to send associate names and emails. this form also works and email goes admin@staff-india.com with user information.

all text should be normal text colour. only the top heading should be green H1 text.
