we will do paid ad on facebook as well for this. you need to give your ad to Mark and he will make live on facebook.

I think we should set a requirement in the adverts that the people who have a smartphone and laptop can apply for this job.
For hiring sales person in Dhaka, We should do the following activities-
-> Post the advert on BDJOBS to get the huge number of the local candidate of Dhaka and Chittagong.
-> Use our marketing channels to viral this adverts.
-> Screening the CVs & taking initial over phone interview or Skype Interview
-> Invite the selected candidates to the Final Interview in our office.
