Malcolm,

few things to change on the action buttons for buyer;

1. remove referral button

2. move teh delete button to last point

3. show me icon for "total jobs posted". it should just be an icon wiht the number of jobs posted. if i clikc this it will take me to the profile page where i can see teh jbos posted.

3. when i click on the icons i have circles in teh screenshot - it should open in a new page
