add buyer note is not showing teh admin users NAME on teh note history. it is saying "admin" only. it must show the users name, ebcause there are differnt admin.

 

also teh set follow up date, has default value march 9999 - fix that to show default value = current date.

    Admin name will appear,
    set follow up date value will be current date but admin have to click on date first to select current date.
