Hello Rob,
Sorry again for the delay. Actually N500 is completely different then the NC devices we are using in our office(x550, XD 2). I am still trying to figure out how to use this. If you check the picture you will see i was doing lots of research on N500.
1st thing, Its not an good idea to buy N500 as its End of Life cycle is 31 December 2020. That means after 1 year we wont be able to use the devices. NComputing remove their servers once the device reach to its life cycle. As a result devices wont register. So if you buy this we can use the devices for 1 year.
2nd Thing N500 architecture is different then other NC devices. It doesnt requires any NC card. In order to use this devices we have to create an environment with Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, or VDI-in-a-Box.
I have been working on Citrix and Xen Desktop. I downloaded and installed trial version of Citrix and Xen Desktop. Both tools are very complicated to use. I am still learning both tools. And trust me in my 6+ years of experience, i never encounter this type of complex tools.
I still need time to understand how to connect and configure N500 devices with Citrix or XenDesktop.
