ok i thought you would mention teh skinny protocol problem.

so thats fine you cant make is work with our pbx. but what do you need to make it work?

suppose i said we are moving onto Cisco phones, what do you need to setup the cisco phone system.

give me links to products on ebay that you need me to buy,

and check how to configure this stuff and tell me if you can do this.

Sorry for the late response.

I looked into the Cisco CP-7936 conference Mic. I have downloaded all the materials, manuals and go through all of the documents.If you check the attach file you will see i was doing research on this.

This Conference Mic is little different then other Conference Mic( which we have in office). basically 7936 is a phone which have conference option.1st you will have to configure this phone and connect to our PBX system. Once it is connected to our PBX we can assign a Phone number to the device. Now suppose you want to do a meeting with SI employees. So you will call to that number which is assigned to this device. We will answer your call and put it on loud speaker so that both you and us can talk to each other.

Now here is the issue. CP- 7936 have skinny protocol like all the other SIP phones we have. You know Shawn,Me, Bill tried several times to change its firmware so that we can use cisco phones in our office. I personally tried different things on Cisco phones several times but was not able to change its firmware.

Same thing for this device. I dont know if i will be able to config it to work with our pbx system.
