Next division will be Dhaka – we want to hire sales people in this location.
And then next Chittagog… etc.
I will ensure you get dedicated page for each location. Developer is currently making the MAP function. So whn user click the MAP function thy will go to the dedicated page.

You need to plan on how you will hire Dhaka person.
How you will monitor dahak person result
And you need to start interviewing candidate for Dhaka location. Only 1 sales man for each division starting.

-> Post the adverts on BDJOBS to get the huge number of the local candidate s of the targeted location.
-> Use our marketing channels to viral those adverts.
-> Screening the CVs & taking initial over phone interview or Skype Interview
-> Invite the selected candidates to the Final Interview in our office.
-> Then hire best one.
Plan to Monitor:
-> Can monitor through Whatsapp Video Call or Skype video calling.
-> Can collect the location status over phone.
-> Can take the visit report after 2 hours working in sequence.
Interview: After publishing advert it will be processed automatically.
