Every week oyu shoud send email to all canddiate with latest jobs. this way every week candidaet will remember you. otherwise tehy will forget TC.
this is critical action to do. you decide which day is better. is it friday?
you decide what time is better. is it 1pm? is it 7am in the monring?
ALSO... you should think about sending extra email each week aobut something to help the candidate. with tip or advice.
mamun can show you how the email is sent. you can delegate this task to him but you must ENSURE it is action every week.

ok. I got It and add them to TC calender.
yes everything that is TC TEAM Activity need to be on teh TC calendar.
everythign that is personal need to be on other calendar.
Previously I added some events in OUTLOOK Calendar. Like- Campaign for Job seekers; Physical Training; Review posting reminder, TC blog update remainder etc.
Should I set all of those in TC calender again?

IT People set the TC Calendar. I also set the remainder in TC calendar & Outlook Calendar for this task.
Hope Mamun will do it accordingly. And I will CHECK him.

add this weekly recurring task to the TC calendar. so it will be showing on everyeons outlook.

I am overload with many tasks. I am going to assign Mamun to action this task. I setting up an outlook reminder for him.
I think Thursday at 3 PM will be the best timing for action it. Because if the jobseekers can't read it on Thursday, then there is a possible chance to read on Friday. This is a public holiday of BD for all.
We can't action it on Friday cause we are not available on that day.
