As we are IT cmopany i see a common problem CREATED BY NEWCOMERS. 

they are very naive and make silly mistakes or cause problems due  to their  lack of IT knowledge.

you need to give them BASIC IT TRAINING. 

think about what kind fo IT training they will need. 

some will be software based. e.g using outlook skillfully. 

some will be hardware based - speak to steve about this he probably has somethig in mind already. 

Create a training plan for this IT aspect please, and submit to me.
