hi Joy, so you are selling 500 taka product for job listing. 2 questions: 1. bipul will do registration for client infront of ihm? or client will do himself? or we will do from office and inform teh client the login details? 2. how will you ensure teh client is getting job applications? maybe no job seeker will apply. so how can you ensure some appliations for the client? regards Rob

I discuss with Oscar regarding this issue. He finds that there is something wrong in SEARCH JOB SEEKERS Option. It is not working properly. He tells me that he will discuss with you and sort out it soon.
find out, learn it and update me if soemthing wrong.
I got your point. As far as I remember, I suggested you to create a menu for searching for skilled & interested candidates. And Oscar created the menu name SEARCH JOB SEEKERS. I think we can also use this menu to ensure Job application.
I also think I should learn more about the menu SEARCH JOB SEEKERS from OSCAR. I sending a OUTLOOK Request to Oscar now.

We will shortlist some candidates from TC admin. And contact them to apply. If they have interest but do not applied due to any problem then we manually apply to the advert from their interface.
we should MATCH the candidaet using our admin panel ACCORDING TO SKILL AND INTEREST and do the application FOR the candidate.
So the question is do you know how to match candidate according to skill and interest? if you dont know which menu option is doing this, ask oscar he can advise you.
1. Accoring to our plan, Bipul should complete the registration for client in front the client. Before setting up everything we will do it from the office and send the client login details.
2. As we take the payment from the client so we should deliver some application to the advert. The client gets some application cause
-After posting the advert on TC the registered candidates will get the auto email. So they may apply.
- We will post the adverts in social media. From there candidates may apply.
