HI Steve,
I need you to create a share calendar for TC using google calendar.
then configure this calendar on TC guys outlook.
so they will have 2 calendars, a personal calendar, and teh TC shared calendar.
i will also have teh TC shared calendar on my outlook.
make a screen recording to show how to use the TC shared calendar., like adding something and how to differntiate items easily - because people will start gettnig confused.
and of course give me the instructiosn on adding teh calendar as well.

For example Joyonta want to add an appointment in the TC calendar. In order to do that, he will go to google calendar from browser and insert an entry. After that he will click on save. Then this entry will automatically sync and everyone can view the entry on their outlook.
lets do it and give them a guide on how to do all this. step by step.

In order to allow all employees of TC to make a entry on google calendar, we need to use a 3rd party software. This software needed to be installed and configured on all TC employee's computer.
But i have another idea which is lot easier and no need for a 3rd party soft.
As you know all the TC guys have official Gmail account. So if i create a google calendar and then add all TC employee's gmail id to that calendar and configure the calendar in a way so that everyone can make entry, then we dont need any 3rd party software.

Basically what i mean is TC employee will make entry on calendar from browser, not from outlook. But the entry can be viewed from outlook by everyone.

but this gide is only for adding a calendar.
their guide is supposed to be for HOW TO USE THE CALENDAR. i.e. how to add an item etc. as i know they need to use different sofware to do this.

make sure they all have their OWN PERSONAL caldnar AND teh shared calendar in their outlook.
and show them how to use the calendars accordingly.
