Something came up during one of the discussions managers were having that we might be overlooking.
I’d like a report on staff turnover that shows me this:
For the last many years (since we have records), Id like a summary of all the employee that have been HIREd, RESIGNED, FIRED.
But im not interested in names, I want to see the DEGREE, EXPERIENCE of each candidate.
Basically I want ot see if CSE candidates are more risky/volatile than Finance candidates?
Are Banking candidates more volatile than Acounting candidates?
I think we will find some patterns here to help us improve the recruitment in SI
This could be an extra SHEET in the turnover stats report.
Let me know if you have any confusion, please get this prepared within 2 weeks. You can submit this any day within 2 weeks. Please don’t wait until last day.
Also, in cases of resignation, please add the reason of resignation if we remember.
And add a summery table, mention the number in the report like
*resigned to go abroad = 05
*resigned on new job = 10
*resigned on personal issue = 10
