I will help you organise yourself.
First you need to reply back to me with a list of EVERYTHING we are discussing, planning, taking action.
e.g
1. new product list
2. seminar plan for university
3. booth plan
…
… etc
Email me a full list of everything. Check your emails to find the stuff outstanding. Check task manager for outstanding. Check your meeting notes for outstanding items.

1. TC Product Pricing: Discussion is ongoing. Waiting for your reply.
2. BOOTH PLAN: II make corrections in the plan according to you suggestion. And waiting for your reply.
3. SOCIAL MARKETING TO TC: We finalize the plan. New Intern batch will perform it. New Intern batch will hire in the 1st week of Aprill.
4. FLYER FOR COMPANY: Submit to a designer to give me a sample. Send you soon.
5. FLYER FOR JOB SEEKER: Submitted. the discussion is ongoing.
6. PHYSICAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR CANDIDATES: We finalize the plan. Execution on the process.
7. HIRING BIKROY AND BDJOBS SALES GUYS: The plan is submitted.
8. COMPETITOR LIST: Submitted and I am tracking the competitors.
9. LIMIT THE FREE WRITING FIELDS: I reply you in the task manager & waiting for your responses,
