Hope you are fine.
As per our plan, we are going to arrange a training programme for the jobseeker again. Here are the details of the Training Programme -
Training Topic: How to be exceptional in the competitive job market?
Training Date: 21 March 2019.
Training Time: 11:00-12:30
Venue: Staff India Hall Room
Participant: 20 Person.
For arranging this programme we need 20 Chairs, 1 Laptop, 1 Projector, 1 Whiteboard. I think we have all the resources in our office except projector. Hope you will support us by ensuring all the resources.
If you have any suggestion please share with us.

as discussed i will make apge on TC for you that allows user to do seminar registration.
Today I booked a projector for our upcoming training program on 21st March 2019.
Mamun sent the email newsletter from Mailchaim database. I attach a screenshot of his last action.

For watsapp, i dont need to teach you mate, you can learn this yourself. watsapp is for NORMAL people. there is app called WATSAPP BUSINESS.
from here you can send your contacts updates about TC. you need to start usin this.
Those following marketing activities has already started :
1. Create a facebook event(Nolen Performed it),
2.Share this event in different facebook groups of Sylhet(Bipul & I performing it)
3.Email newsletter to everyone in TC mailchimp database (Mamun is performing it)
4.Attach some posters in the different educational institutions notice board ( I performed IT).
I have no clear knowledge about how to use whatsapp as a marketing tools.
I studied on it on youtube. I found most of people use a PC software named Whatsapp Sender Pro for digital marketing. I am very exciting to learn it, If you help me to learn it then I will be pleased.
Also as we discussed on email, you will do the following marketing activites to promote this SEMINAR and ensure you have full attendance:

I am excited about this! I hope you will maintain this regularly and the seminar will become bigger and bigger every time.
You can speak to Alan about projector, he will advise you how to manage this. I think we need to hire a projector maybe.
ALSO – please ensure you are recording this session. We can make a trailer for this training session for marketing.
