Hi Scott,
I'm assigning the task here as Rob suggested.
I faced two problems while using the Task feature in WM. One of them is that I do not get any email/notification when a message is sent to me. The other problem is some characters show up when I send a message (see the picture), particularly when I'm using punctuations/line break. It might be possible that many are facing the same problems.
FYI The problems have been faced while working on tasks - assigned to me.
This would be convenient if you could fix the issues.
