Withdrawals on OMJ

Task Details :-
HI Nigel,
you will need to make the WIthdrawal function in OMJ for freelancer.
this is little bit similar to buyer payment. but no payment gateway included.
this is how withdrawal will work:
1. when use clicks withdraw, thy can choose how much to withdraw
2. check if we ahve freelancer bank account details - if no details give them warning message to update bank accounts and tehn try again
3. if freelancer bank account details exist, show them summary of withdrawal - summary page same like buyer payment summary page
4. summary page RIGHT SIDE items will include:
withdrawal amount
withdrawal fee
Date of REceiving (this will be 30 days after curent date)
5. freelancer will click CONFIRM WITHDRAW.
6. withdrawal request will apprear in withdrawal menu item
7. user can see the withdrawal transaction in his account histroy. and can CANCEL withdrawal within 5 days, or if withdrawal not apprived yet.
if withdrwawl already apprived, it means the payment is in process, so cannot cancel anymore

some changes and erros.
withdrawal fee calculation is wrong.
The fee is minused in ADVANCE when the project is completed.
so the balance on the freelancers account is hte final balance - no further fee is deducted.
canelled button should be red text - it should be a button if it has been cancelled. ohteriwe stupid user will keep clicking it and expecting somethign to happen.
in order progress you ahve a button called "confirm order" - it should say "Mark Order as Complete"
when buyer clicks complte it should:
1. send auto email to user to ifnrom them the money is in their freelancer accont
the auto email should also include teh review score the buyer gave, and also the AVERAGE review ratings on teh freelancder account.

Good Day, Hope you are well. I have completed the function successfully. Also added Star rating Functionality on Project Completion.

I have added fees logic now the fee will deducted 40% for Freelancer with below 10 ratings
Freelancer who have above 10 rating with scoring 5 out of 5 Fee will be 20%
Freelancer who have above 10 rating with scoring 3 or above out of 5 Fee will be 30%
Freelancer who have above 10 rating with scoring 1 or below 3 out of 5 Fee will be 40%
