hi Max,
here is a task for you to do on teh side.
see the attached spreadsheet.
can you add this onto WM in a simple function. you think how you will do this. but the DISPLAYING must be in similar format like this - like bar chart style.
let me know your plan on how this function will work in step by step.

ok i understand what you mean. its good thinking but not required. you can remove this option. the schedule is a one time schedule that is updated regularly.

The schedule entry is just for adding the Schedule time Like this shedule will validate from April 2019 to June 2019. It can be dynamically add & edit into database so we can change the Headline dynamically upon requrements.In future we can calculate how was our shedule on past etc.I just added for any future Custom date plans. Currently I added for showing on the Top part of that chart. Like Below Image of your excel sheet.
If you want i can remove the schedule Entry.
Also i will change the colors accordingly and updating you ASAP.

THis is very good, but quite complicatd to use.
What is the Schedule Entry? i didnt understand the purpose of this?
Also,there should only be 2 colours in teh bar chart. Green and Yellow.
Green = client work
yellow = any other internal work
for internal work - when mouse over it needs to show what internal work someone is doing. e.g. c-level. e.g. marketing. so i need this description for the yellow bars for internal work.

Sorry mate. I started but Not getting enough time for this. Nigel told me if have any task for him, I'm forwarding it to Nigel. I discuss with him and give the idea of how to do.
this week and next week also will busier because of some problem in the client site, restoring site backup which will increase the workload.

the differnt colour box is to show different type of work.
in this example image, Rob is working on muzmatch work from 09:00 - 15:00
and then he si working on c-level work 16:00 - 00:00
so basically rob shift is 09:00 - 00:00, but this work schedule shows what work rob is doing during his full shift.
so for each employee, our function will allow user to specify work hours and the work type for these hours.
but most important is this DISPLAY. i need the infrmation to be displayed like a chart like this.:
