Malcolm,

when user submit a bid. it should not be visible to buyer account.

it need to be APPROVED by admin first. sometimes user might somethign wrong in the bid. like mobile number etc.

So add "Bidding" menu option next to Projects menu option, and create a page for admin to approve each person bid.

of course you must decide what action button is required. so think what action button admin user will need on this bidding approve table.

AFTER admin approve the bid, it will be showing on the buyer account.
