i see. line manager also get some commission for ENSURING the sales team is doing good performance and getting result.
As far as I know, in BD line manager gets more salary than sales persons. And gets the sales commission based on the total sale volume of his team.
We will do it after testing our service. We need to ensure that our service is fulfilling the demands of the employers. Cause those people join us with their clients and sell our services to them. If employers do not satisfy with our service then they won't resell there.

but i have a question.... sales people get more salary than their line manager. this happens in every country. but this doesnt cause any issues or unhappiness with their line manager in BD?
