Sure. On demand, we will take multiple session in 1 day. I set the Outlook Remainder for this event. We will arrange this event on third Sunday of every 1 month.

now you need to ensure you execute this every month on 3rd week.

but i also wrote on email, that due to high demand you shoud do multiple session in 1 day.

also you ahve TC calendar that Steve has given you. add these recurring reminder for which day every month. this will be our calendar for seeing what we need to do.
