Hi Joy,
as we discussed we want to do Seminars at Univesities around Sylhet.
for this we need to plan properly and follow this plan accurately.
Please prepare a plan for this. your plan will include:
1. a timetabele for the full year, showing which uni we will do seminar at what date.
2. the resources and tools we will need
3. the man power we will need.
Please submit this plan this week. we will have a meeting to disucss this and finalise.

Yes so we will do 2 seminar per month.
1 semiar - our normal seminar for ANYONE
2nd seminar will be targetting each university and only for those university candidate.
then we repeat same next month wiht different university. etc.
In the last discussion, we cancelled the external seminars (College/University). On the replacement, we will invite the targeted universities student to join our indoor training program.

as i mentioend many times, same like SIU event I want to see our TC calendar FULL with lots of uni seminars at every university in Sylhet.
As we discussed before, you will do the same university 2 times per year. So book these dates in advances with every university, and action them according to the dates.
Show me the full schedule when it is all booked. Id like ot see you booking all the dates with all university within 4 weeks.
