I instruct them to post the popular news only & I already set calendar reminder on outlook to remind them. we will delete the expire news. Last 15 February I deleted 2 news. It will increase day by day

There is a problem. For posting job adverts we need to collect the valid email address of the employers & require their permission. Otherwise, they do not get our CV's/Services. And before setting up everything it will be risky for us to invite the people to our site.
