Hi Rob,
I have solved the Email failure on Test welcome page Email will not bounce.
But during that solution I have investigate and find out the main reason for which we are getting this error.
Actually this error is occurred due to social sign up Signup with FB/GOOGLE.
We are creating ref Key for each user in SIGNUP PAGE, But the Ref Key is not added by the Developer who added social login. Perhaps the feature was not added on that time.
Now I find out many user with unencrypted password and empty ref key in Live Database.
SO I find out the TWO REASON at a time.
1. The REF NOT FOUND in case of Congrats message
2. OMJ admin sometimes cannot view USER PROFILE, Need password change (This was also complained earlier)
The Both error is occurring for that, I will solve it ASAP and let you know The update with Same message.
