Hello guys,

As you know sometimes our Mail server is blocked by our client server. As a result we had to create a gmail or yahoomail or outlook.com account to contact with client. Many of us have such accounts. I personally have an gmail account steve.staffindia@gmail.com to contact my client as mails from steve.it@staff-india.com is bounced from my clients mail server.

Previously we asked all the employees who have gmail account to communicate with their clients to provide us their existing gmail account credentials( not your personal gmail account, the one you have created to communicate with your client) and most of you did.

The process to create any additional id (gmail,any other mail, linkedin) is, when any client asked you to create any email account, you will create an account with your Alias name( for example alex.staffindia@gmail.com). Once you have created the account you will immediately send the credentials to me and other IT executives via email.

This gmail account is Staff India property same as the Staff India official email. Because you are using this gmail account to communicate with our clients.

But recently we have noticed that some of you haven't provide us your gmail credentials and using the account secretly. Not only that, they are trying to access this gmail account from home, few people also tried to change the recovery option of the account.
This is clearly a violation of our terms. If we find anyone again doing such things, then he/she will get disciplinary warning or even bigger punishments.

I am asking all the employees who have a gmail id for Staff India official purpose to send their credentials( email address and password) via email to me(steve.it@staff-india.com) and keep Shane(shane.it@staff-india.com), Sherwin (sherwin.vi@staff-india.com), Howard (howard.al@staff-india.com) and David (david.sn@staff-india.com ) in CC.

Those who already provided their credentials can ignore this. Those who are not sure or forget if they have sent credentials before can ask IT executives of their shift and IT executives will check and let you know if we have your credential info or not.

This is a serious matter. You have 24 hours to send us your credentials. Please do not make me chase you in this or there will be consequences.
