Hi everyone,
From now on you all should use our Work Manager site to send leave request to me. you don’t have to email me anymore, just log in to your WM account, fill up the request form and Submit.

Moreover, to make things easier for you, we have added your leave record on the right side of LEAVE REQUEST page. Where you will be able to see your remaining and taken paid leave and unpaid leave.

Keypoint :-

1. Under the LEAVE REQUEST menu > Click on LEAVE REQUEST.
2. On this form, click on the FROM DATE> select the DATE and TIME carefully, then click APPLY. (see image 2 from the attachment)
3. Then again in the same manner, fill up the TO DATE section. Then click APPLY
4. after that, check "REQUESTED TIME" appeared at the top of the form in red font. this will show you the total hours you entered.
5. then, on the REASON box, you need to explain the reason for the leave and the other things if needed.
6. you can now fill up the other boxes of this form.
7. once all done, send out the request by clicking on the REQUEST LEAVE button.
8. you will receive auto email from the system for your leave request.
9. REMEMBER, for all the approved (paid/unpaid) leave you still need to send me and Ross a calendar request from your outlook.
